What is the best way to place a custom order?

For the 2025 HOCO season, we are only accepting custom orders via our online store.  We also offer a diverse selection of school spirit items at MUMtastic; come by to shop our wide selection of custom ready-made bases, trinkets and handmade braids!

When should I place my order?

The earlier the better!  We have a limited number of colors for each style, order early to guarantee your school colors are in stock!

Do you ship?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping.  All orders must be picked up via our storefront location.

Oh no, I have waited too long to place my order.  Can I still place a custom order at the last minute?

For all last-minute orders, please contact us directly via mumtasticspirit@gmail.com.  We highly recommend placing custom orders at least three weeks prior to the date of your homecoming game.  We also offer a selection of ready-made custom mums and garters in the storefront.

How long does it take to receive my order once placed online or in the store?

MUMtastic guarantees that all items ordered at least three weeks before your homecoming date will be ready for pick up the Wednesday of your homecoming week.  Please note, we do not complete orders according to when you order, but by homecoming date.

Once I have submitted my order, can I make any changes?

Please email us as soon if you discover a change that needs to be made to your custom order.  We will do our best to accommodate you!

Do you carry mum supplies?

Absolutely!  Visit our storefront to shop our selection of unique homecoming and school spirit items.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We do offer wholesale pricing.  Please complete the wholesale form on our website and we will then have your Tax ID on file for all wholesale shopping and orders.
