If you place an order and later wish to cancel it, please call us as soon as possible. If we have not started to work on your order, we will refund 100% of your payment less the internet processing fee for online orders. If your order is partially complete, we will refund your order price less whatever work has been completed that cannot be used for another order. If your order has been completed, we will attempt to sell your order for you. If we are successful we will give you the amount received from the sale less the price of your custom names, which cannot be reused.
If you purchase supplies in the store, you may return any items (accompanied with your receipt) for a full refund as long as said item has not been damaged and can be reused.
